Workouts
Complex consisiting of one snatch and one overhead squat.
The score is combined total weight of each partner's heaviest, successful lift.
Rx athletes are required to complete a squat snatch.
Scaled athletes are permitted to complete either a power snatch or a squat snatch.
There is a 10 minute time cap on this workout.
There is no tiebreaker associated with this workout.
1000m row for time.
Each partner must complete 1000m row.
The score for Part A is total combined row time.
Part A has a 6 minute time cap.
All teams must wait until the 6 minute mark to proceed to Part B.
This is a two-part workout. After completion of Part A and at 6 minute time cap, teams may move onto Part B. Part B is a chipper workout to be completed for time. Part B has a 12 minute cap. Happy Hour Part A and B has combined cap of 18 minutes. Workout will be completed on a running clock.
