About This Competition

There are 4 Divisions:

Women's RX & Women's Scaled
Prizes awarded for all divisions.

EVENT 1: Score is the time it takes to complete this ladder.
Barbell Weights on the ladder will be pre-set up for the lifter.

LADDER:

EVENT 2:
If an athlete completes the speed ladder, they will have an additional 3 minutes to perform a single deadlift for max weight. Athletes can take as many attempts as they want and can make as many jumps as they need, to get to that max weight during the 3 minutes. Athletes are responsible for loading their own weights in this event.

If an athlete finishes the ladder in under 3mins they will rest until that 3 mins expires before the 3 min for 1 Rep Max begins.
Your 1Rep max bar will be pre-set with the weight from the last bar on the ladder.

This event is scored based on body weight vs weight lifted (Wilks scoring). You will be asked to weigh-in the morning of the event.

Both of the event scores are added together for an overall winner in each category.

No deadlift suits, no straps.  Chalk and belts are ok.
