Come join us and test your mettle in The Trials at Currahee! We are thrilled to have you as part of this exciting event.
Workouts will be released on July 1st
Competition Details:
Date and Time: Saturday November 16th, 2024
Sign in is 7-8am
Rules/Event Flow at 8am
Event 1 Starts at 9am
Important Information:
Please make sure to arrive on time for the event.
After registering, please send an email with your Team Name and both team members Shirt Sizes

Refunds will be available until October 18th. At which point your registration can not be refunded but can still be transferred to someone else.

Workouts
For Reps:
Athlete A will have 60 seconds to perform as many Hand Release Push Ups as possible.
Then Athlete B will have 60 seconds to perform as many Hand Release Push Ups as possible.
Athlete A will have 60 seconds to perform as many Ring Rows as possible.
Then Athlete B will have 60 seconds to perform as many Ring Rows as possible.
Athlete A will have 60 seconds to perform as many Heavy Single Unders as possible.
Then Athlete B will have 60 seconds to perform as many Heavy Single Unders as possible.
*We will provide Heavy Jump Ropes*
Athlete A will have 60 seconds to perform as many Handstand Push Ups as possible.
Then Athlete B will have 60 seconds to perform as many Handstand Push Ups as possible.
Athlete A will have 60 seconds to perform as many Pull Ups as possible.
Then Athlete B will have 60 seconds to perform as many Pull Ups as possible.
Athlete A will have 60 seconds to perform as many Heavy Cross Over Single Unders as possible.
Then Athlete B will have 60 seconds to perform as many Heavy Cross Over Single Unders as possible.

Athlete A will have 60 seconds to perform as many Handstand Walks (5ft = 1 rep) as possible.
Then Athlete B will have 60 seconds to perform as many Handstand Walks (5ft = 1 rep) as possible.
Athlete A will have 60 seconds to perform as many Bar Muscle Ups as possible.
Then Athlete B will have 60 seconds to perform as many Bar Muscle Ups as possible.
Athlete A will have 60 seconds to perform as many Heavy Double Unders as possible.
Then Athlete B will have 60 seconds to perform as many Heavy Double Unders as possible.
*We will provide Heavy Jump Ropes*
*Scaled Athletes may substitute the following movements:
-Pull Ups with Jumping Chest to Bar Pull Ups
-Bar Muscle Ups with Pull Ups
-Handstand Push Ups with Handstand Push Ups to a 4" riser
-Handstand Walking with Human Wheel Barrel Walking
*Important Notes:
-Any Scaled athletes must inform their judge ahead of time if they are going to scale one of the movements and must stick with the movement they choose for the duration of the minute.
-Five repeitions of the movement performed scaled will count for one repetition performed as written, rounded down. (Ex: 12 jumping chest to bars is worth 2 repetitions)
For Time:
Athlete A will leave the starting position and perform 10 Axle Clean and Press (Rx: M-135/F-95/C-115, Scaled: M-95/F-65/C-75), once completed Athlete A will return to the starting position.
Athlete B will then advance and perform 10 Axle Clean and Press (Rx: M-135/F-95/C-115, Scaled: M-95/F-65/C-75), once completed Athlete B will stay at the Axle Bar.
Athlete A will then progress to the Log and perform 10 Log Clean and Press (Rx: M-135/F-95/C-115, Scaled: M-95/F-65/C-75), once completed Athlete A will return to the Axle Bar.
Athlete B will then advance and perform 10 Log Clean and Press (Rx: M-135/F-95/C-115, Scaled: M-95/F-65/C-75), once completed Athlete B will stay at the Log.
Athlete A will then progress to the Sandbag and perform 10 Sandbag Cleans Over Shoulder (Rx: M-150/F-100/C-100, Scaled: M-100/F-50/C-75), once completed Athlete A will return to the Log.
Athlete B will then advance and perform 10 Sandbag Cleans Over Shoulder (Rx: M-150/F-100/C-100, Scaled: M-100/F-50/C-75), once completed both athletes will run across the finish line.
Time Ends when both athletes cross the finish line.
Rx Men- 12" log
Rx Women- 10" log
Rx Co-Ed- 10" log
Scaled Men- 10" log
Scaled Women- 8" log
Scaled Co-Ed- 8" log
For Time:
Athlete A will perform a 2k Row. At the finish of the 2k Row, Athlete B will perform a 800m Run.
Score is total time to complete both parts.
In the event of a tie, we will use the 800m as the Tie Break Time
