About This Competition
After a year break we are bringing back The Masters of the Universe! This will be a two person team event, teams can consist of MM, MF or FF. We will have the following age groups: 35-39, 40-44, 45-49 and 50+. This is going to be the biggest Masters event in the area as we are capping the event at 100 Teams. Programming will be a great mix of strength, gymnastics, cardio and just plain GO!
There will be 3 WODs plus a final for the Top 9 in each age bracket. In the first three workouts you will battle it out by age and division. The top three MM, MF and FF Teams in each division will then move on to the Finals!
All scores are wiped clean and the Finals will be Winner Take All! So battle it out to get to the Final and then may the best team win!!!

WOD 1 Station 2: Devil Press! This will be a great test of motor and strength. One person working at a time for max reps and this will count as 1 score!
Weights: 35-39 will be 50/35, 40-44 will be 45/30, 45-49 will be 40/25 and 50+ will be 35/20. There you go Station 2!
One Person working at a time for Max Reps
BOTH Teammates will be working together, each will have a rower
WOD 2: This is going to be a test of strength! Barbell Complex - 7 minutes to get 3 Attempts per teammate for Max Weight of ALL 6 Attempts for the team.

*Each Teammate will have 3 lifts

Part 2 on WOD 3 is Max Calories on the Echo Bike in 7 Minutes.

How he full workout works- You will have one person working on the AMRAP, at the same time one person is working on the Bike. Two people will be working at a time. You can switch out however you want to to score the max points for your team on both movements.
