15 minute time cap

  1. 400 M Run (both run)

  2. 100 - Knees to Chest

  3. 80 - Cal Row

  4. 60 - Box Jump Overs ( 24/20 )

  5. 40 - Wallballs ( 20/14)

  6. 20 - Push Press ( 115/75 )

  7. 10 - Deadlifts ( 225/155 )

  8. 200 - Jump rope singles

Clean ladder

1 Clean (every 30 seconds)

Men: 135-155-175-195-215-235-255-275-295-315

Women: 95-115-135-155-175-195-215-235-255-275

Every 30 seconds, athlete will lift 1 Clean with increasing weight every round. Once the athlete fails the clean, athlete may perform maximum repetitions of Deadlift on failed weight for tiebreak.

Score is the weight of their heaviest successful Clean. Partial pounds will be awarded for each additional deadlift completed after they attempt and fail the clean.

  • Kettlebell Swings ( 35/26 )

  • Hand Release Pushup

One person works at a time. If you finish the round of 9, restart again at 21.

Syncro Burster

12-9-6-3

For Time

  • Burpees

  • Thrusters ( 95/65 )

All reps must be synchronized.

Rep will count as follows:

Burpees: You both must be on the ground at the same time

Thrusters: Bar must be overhead for both at the same time
