10 - Deadlifts ( 225/155 )
200 - Jump rope singles
Clean ladder
1 Clean (every 30 seconds)
Men: 135-155-175-195-215-235-255-275-295-315
Women: 95-115-135-155-175-195-215-235-255-275
Every 30 seconds, athlete will lift 1 Clean with increasing weight every round. Once the athlete fails the clean, athlete may perform maximum repetitions of Deadlift on failed weight for tiebreak.
Score is the weight of their heaviest successful Clean. Partial pounds will be awarded for each additional deadlift completed after they attempt and fail the clean.
