About This Competition
Unsere Eisenschwein-Challenge geht in die nächste Runde!
Am 25.05.24 und am 26.05.24 treten Individuals, Teams und erstmalig auch eine Master-Division gegeneinander an. Der Samstag gehört ganz den SCALED Athleten, der Sonntag den RX Athleten.
Veranstaltungsort: Bessemerstr.3, 21339 Lüneburg
Start ist an beiden Tagen mit dem CHECK IN gegen 7:30 Uhr. Ende gegen 19 Uhr. es gibt pro Division 3-4 Workouts. Alle Athleten bekommen circa 7-10 Tage vor der Challenge eine Email mit allen weiteren Informationen.
Bitte achtet auf eure korrekten Namen und Teamnamen und die Angabe der T-Shirt Größen (die T-Shirts sind personalisiert!)

Scaled (Individual, Teams & Masters):
1 Rep Max Clean min 50/35kg
1 Rep Max Snatch/Thruster min 40/25kg, Single Unders, Dumbbells bis 17,5/12,5kg, Kettlebell bis 24/16
Gymnastics: Pull-Ups (M), Jumping Pull-Ups (F)
RX (Individual, Teams & Masters):
Du solltest in den Open alle Workouts RX machen können. Muscle Ups bei den Damen sind kein Muss.
Parken
Bitte parkt nur auf den Parkplätzen, die nicht von unseren Nachbarn gekennzeichnet wurden!
