Hello Ripped family!
This is an opportunity for us to have a good time while doing the CrossFit OPEN 2023.
Starting Friday 02/17 till 03/06, we are gonna do the the official wods every Friday and Saturday. It's going to be 3 weeks of challenges, hard work and fun.
