About This Competition

This will be a 2 week online competition, consisting of 3 workouts.  You will need access to basic crossfit equipment similar to the open.  Vidoes will may be requested for top finishers.  It is recommended that you video your workouts using basic open standards.

Individual Flow:

At 3-2-1 go, athlete may step forward to the rings/pull up bar and begin performing their burpee ring muscle up (elite) or burpee pull up (all other athletes). After 9 reps (elite)/18 reps (competitive and masters 35-44)/15 reps (masters 44+) are complete athlete may move to the barbell for same amount of rep on their thrusters. Once finished, athletes move back to rings/pull up bar to begin their next round with the descending reps. Athlete will follow this pattern until all reps are finished.

At 3-2-1 go, athlete may step forward to the barbell and begin performing OHS squat reps. Once 25 reps are competed. Athlete can move to the GHD machine to begin working on their 20 weighted reps. After all reps are completed, athlete will again make their way to the same barbell to perform 25 power snatches. Athlete will continue in this same fashion for two more rounds.

20:00 Minutes to establish 
1RM bench press 
1RM front squat 
1RM deadlift

Score will be total weight lifted

For this event - athletes must use 1 bar for all three movements. A regular 20kg/45lbs and 15kg/35lbs bars must be used. Fractional plates can be used, but must be rounded down to the nearest 1lbs. There is a 20 minute clock and time can be allocated however you want, but 1RM reps must be found in the above order (bench, then front squat, finishing with deadlift). You can use as many reps as you would like in each lift. Collars must be on the bar for any/all lifts to count. 

Barbell can start in the rack with flat bench set up, but bar must be unloaded. At 3-2-1 go, athlete can begin to load weight for their first rep. Once the athlete has established their bench 1RM, they can begin working on their front squat. Once athlete has found their front squat, the bar can be moved the floor for their final lift, the deadlift. For lift to count, it must be fully finished before the 20 minutes time cap.
