Workout Flow:

The athlete starts on the starting mat. At the start signal, you get on the bike ERG and finish the buy in of 24/18   CAL’s.
Once you have completed this, you move on to the barbell and in the remaining time you perform as many reps as possible of 10 power cleans, 8 hang cleans, 6 front squats & 4 STOH.
The barbell is allowed to touch the floor in between reps, this cycle does not need to be performed unbroken. The score of this workout is the number of reps completed at time cap.

Workout Flow:

The athlete starts on the starting mat. At the start signal he performs 5 burpee box over variations into 10 shuttle sprints. After the shuttle sprints he executes 10 WB shots into a 15 rep gymnastics variation.
In the next rounds the movement flow stays the same, although the gymnastics variations decrease into 12 repetitions in the second round and 9 repetitions in the third round and adjusting the gymnastics movement in every round into a more complex gymnastics skill.

Workout Flow:


Before the workout starts, it is allowed to adjust the damper & foot support of the RowERG.
DO NOT TOUCH the screen, DO NOT TOUCH the rowERG handles, DO NOT start rowing.

The athlete starts on the starting mat. At the start signal the athlete runs to the RowERG and starts rowing until the 1st switch is set at 2 minutes (you will hear a loud signal).
You stop rowing and go to the object box where you move a slam ball from point A to B and back over the obstacle. At point B, both feet must be in the box, before heading back to point A.
When your slam ball is back in box A, you can continue to row until the switch is set at 4 minutes. (notified by a loud signal).
You MUST STOP rowing and repeat the moving of slam balls over the obstacle as described in round 1.
You continue on the rower and repeat this format at minute 6 and continue to row until the time cap of 8 minutes.
Your final score will be the computer registered calories of rowing. During the workout you can adapt the damper as many times as wanted.
