Athlete's only on the day due to COVID restrictions
Parking around the gym will be limited but plenty of streets near the venue with ample parking, please be curtious of other businesses in the area with parking as most operate Saturday.
You will need to set up your camp in one of the marked sections on the day and obey COVID marshall instructions.

6 MINUTES FOR EACH ATHLETE TO ESTABLISH 1RM COMPLEX:
3 Deadlifts, 1 Clean, 1 Hang Power Clean.
All unbroken and without stopping on the ground.
