Welcome to Holiday Hustle 5!
We are proud to announce our 5th Annual Holiday Hustle competition to be held on Saturday, December 12th at CrossFit Jackson.
The Holiday Hustle will be a partner competition where teams of 2 will compete in 3-5 events.
Registration is $120 per team and includes an event shirt if you register by the deadline. The last day to register to get your free shirt is November 23rd. The final day to register is Monday, December 7th at 7PM.
There will be 6 categories: RX Men, Scaled Men, Masters Men, RX Women, Scaled Women, Masters Women.
The Masters division requires a combined age of 80 years and a minimum age of 35.
PLEASE NOTE: WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY DIVISION IF LESS THAN 3 TEAMS SIGN UP. ANYONE ALREADY SIGNED UP WOULD BE TRANSFERRED OR REFUNDED.

Toes to Bar/Knee Raises
We will expect full range of motion for all movements but so as to include a wider range of athletes in the event, we will allow gymnastics movements to be scaled in this category as necessary for completion. For example, if pull-ups come up in an event, you will be allowed to scale to jumping pull-ups if necessary but you would be score beneath all competitors that completed the event with pull-ups. 1 kipping or strict pull-up will beat 100 jumping pull-ups. This applies to Toes to Bar as well.

Max snatch
10 minutes for both partners to find a 1 rep max Snatch, any style.
10 Toes to Bar (Scaled = Knee Raises) prior to each Snatch attempt.
Partner 1 must complete 10 T2B before Partner 1 may attempt
a Snatch and Partner 2 must do 10 T2B before Partner 2 may attempt a Snatch. One athlete working at a time.
Each set of 10 T2B completed will add 10# to final score IF AND ONLY IF the Snatch was a successful lift and at a higher weight than the previous attempt.
Score is combined Snatches plus T2B reps that meet the criteria.
