Workouts
7 Minute AMRAP
Partners will alternate rounds of "DT" (12 deadlifts, 9 hang power cleans, and 6 *shoulder to overhead) with increasing weight each round.
RX: starting weight: 95/85
Masters: starting weight: 95/85
Scaled: starting weight: 65/55
*Weights will increase by 20# for men and 10# for women each round for all divisions*
Teams may choose which partner goes first.
Score is total reps.
Tie breaker is time for completion of one round (male and female complete one round of DT).
*while "DT" is typically performed with push jerks, we are allowing any shoulder to overhead variation.
8 Minute AMRAP
5, 10, 15, 20...(reps increase by 5 each round)
Toes To Bar
Burpees To Bar
(25 Double Under's after each round)
Masters/RX: TTB, Double Unders
Scaled: Hanging Knee Raises, Single Unders
*All reps can be split between partners as desired.
Floater:
You will sign up for your Floater Time at check-in.
One Mile Trail Run
At the 800m mark you will pick up a single medball per team for the second half of your run. Partner's can switch off holding the ball at anytime.
RX/Masters: 20# medball
Scaled: 14# medball
Medball must be in the teams possession when they cross the finish line.
Score is time (when both partners cross the finish line).
8 Minute AMRAP
20 Wall Walks (P1 is completing reps, while P2 is holding two KB's in front rack position). Partners can switch anytime. (Scaled Wall Walks for Scaled Division)
Then...
20 Synchro Double KB Thrusters (RX/Masters: 35/26, Scaled 26/18)
Once above reps are completed teams will accumulate max calories on the Echo Bike. Partners must switch every 30 seconds.
Score is Cals.
Tiebreaker is time to complete Wall Walks and Thrusters.
