About This Competition

LSKD Unbound & Unleashed: Same-Sex Teams Fitness Competition!
Date: Saturday, April 5th, 2025

Location: Unbound Athletic

Time Frame:

Female Divisions: 6:30am - 11:30am (approx. 4 hours)
Male Divisions: 12:30pm - 5:30pm (approx. 4 hours)


Divisions:

FFF (All-Female Teams)

Rx
Masters (all athletes 35+ years old with a combined team age of 120+ years)
Intermediate
Beginner


MMM (All-Male Teams)

Registrations Open: February 4th, 2025 at 4:00pm


Athlete Briefing: Online (available 1 week prior to the event)


Entry Cost & Prizes:

Fitness Guidelines:

Note: Division standards are a general guideline to help you choose your division. Workouts may include variations and modifications of these movements.

Movement Guide:

(All 3 athletes should be capable of the "Basic Skills" in their division.)

(At least 1-2 athletes should have the "Advanced Skills") 

Please check "Divisions" for standard breakdown.

All movements and standards for each workout will be released prior to the event. Each WOD will offer different levels of movement and/or weight, allowing you to compete at a level that is challenging and appropriate for your team.

Other Information:

Warming Up: A dedicated warm-up area with equipment will be available.


Parking: Parking will be available on Flinders Parade.


Spectators: Spectators are welcome! Space will be available for setting up tents and chairs.


Food & Drink: Food and drinks will be available for purchase.


Refunds: No refunds or transfers. Please email tracey@unboundathletic.com.au with any questions.


Waivers: Waivers must be completed before the event (online or on-site).
