About This Competition
SUMMER SIZZLE COMPETITION for Kids and Teens! A FUN community event for ages 5-17 to introduce children to a competition atmosphere, showcase advanced skills, and work in teams with friends at Beachside Crossfit in Ventura.
Teams of 2
$118 per team
DIVISIONS:
Kids (Ages 5-12)
- Beginner Skills: will scale to any ability
- Advanced Skills: single unders, 10lb. dumbell, 25lb. barbell, pullups
Teens (Ages 13-17)
- Beginner Skills: Single Unders, 15lb. dumbell, 45/55lb. barbell, pullups (optional)
- Advanced Skills: Double unders, pullups, 25/35lb. dumbell, 75/105lb. barbell, pullups, muscle ups (optional)
No refunds
REGISTRATION is at 8am at Beachside Crossfit
FIRST HEAT (Kids) is at 9am
