50 burpee box jump overs 24/20

15 min. cap

-One athlete works, the other is planking. Athletes must switch when plank drops.

Row: Athletes may switch damper settings whenever they please throughout the workout. Rowing athlete must stop when their partner drops their plank.

Burpee box jump overs: Athlete must have their chest hit the ground in burpees, stand up, then jump with both feet hitting the box at the same time, athlete must then go over the box to the other side, they do not have to come to full hip extension at the top of the box. Stepping or jumping off the box is ok.

Plank: all athletes must be on their elbows during planks, hips must stay in line with the back, when that plane is broken, athletes must switch.





Clean and jerk one rep max!

Athletes will have 10 minutes to find a clean and jerk one rep max. Partners will share bars, one athlete working at a time. Athletes may not go down in weight. Bars will start on the ground, cleaned to front rack, finishing with bar above head with locked arms and feet in line.

5 bench press 75/55, 115/75
5 ring rows/pull ups
5 bike cals

One athlete per round. Athletes switch after the other completes a round.
Bench press: shoulders and butt on the bench at all times. Arms start fully extended, bring bar down to touch the chest (not bounce), then press until arms are fully extended.
Pull ups: athletes starts from a dead hang with arms fully extended, then finishes when chin is above the bar.
Ring rows: toes stay in line with line on the floor, lean back until arms are extended, pull until rings touch arm pits. No using hips.
Bike: Screen on bike must hit 5 calories before athlete leaves the bike.
