Standards:
Deadlift: Hips and knees must be locked out and shoulders must be behind the bar before you can attempt the Hang Clean
Hang Clean: The bar cannot be cleaned from the floor. The bar must not pass your knees. Must be fully locked out at the top of the lift before performing S2OH
S2OH: Bar must be locked out overhead. Arms, knees and hips must be fully locked and must show control of the bar for the rep to count.
Each partner will have 4 min to reach their heaviest weight. Once partner 1 has completed their 4 min Partner 2 will start their 4 min. Partners can help each other change weights.

DB Snatch: Dumbbell must touch the ground with both heads of the dumbbell. The dumbbell must be locked out overhead for the rep to count. Must be alternating reps.
Burpee Box Jump/Step over: Chest and thighs must touch the ground in the burpee. For the Jump overs both feet must leave the ground at the same time. For both jump overs and step overs both feet must be on top of the box. You do not have to be fully extended on the box. NO CLEAR OVERS!

Thruster: Bar must start from the ground. You can start the movement with a squat clean. Hips must break parallel and knees hips and arms must be locked at the top of the lift for the rep to count
T2B: Both feet must start behind the pull up rig and both feet must touch the pullup at the same time for the rep to count.
C2B: Arms must start fully extended. The rep is counts when the chest clearly makes contact with the bar at or below the collarbone.
Can be butterfly or kipping
Bar Muscle ups: Arms must start fully extended. Must be fully locked out on top of the bar for the rep to count. Both hands must remain on the bar during the rep.
Pullups: Arms must start fully extended. The rep is counts when the chin clearly breaks the pull up bar.
Knee Raises: Both feet must start behind the pull up rig and knees must break hip crease for the rep to count.
Jumping pull ups: The bar must be at least 6 inches (15 centimeters) above the top of the head when the athlete is standing tall. Plates or other stable platforms may be used to decrease the distance between the top of the head and the bar. At the start of each rep, lower until the arms are fully extended.
JUMPING PULL-UP: The rep is counts when the chin clearly breaks the pull up bar.
JUMPING CHEST-TO-BAR PULL-UP: The rep is counts when the chest clearly makes contact with the bar at or below the collarbone.
