About This Competition
B3 - Beauties, Beers, and Barbells is the all-female, 3-person team competition in the B3 Series. There are four divisions: RX, Scaled, Masters RX, and Masters Scaled.
We believe passionately about our country and the strong women our country needs. This competition started to honor the 20th anniversary of 9/11 the way CrossFit does.....hard work and suffering. We thank everyone who sacrificed for our country during that horrific time. It was such a success we decided to keep it going this weekend every year!

This work is to be divided any way the team wants. Athletes may switch out at any time.

COMPLEX OF:

2 Shoulder-to-Overhead
You must hold on to the bar for the entire set. Athletes may go in any order and may receive assistance changing weights. Smallest weights allowed are 2.5# plates.

24’ Handstand Walk
Double Kettlebell Overhead Hold (35#)
Scaled- 15 cal Bike
2 Around-the-Worlds
Double Kettlebell Overhead Hold (25#)
9 min Time Cap. One athlete will start on the bike and one athlete will bring the two kettlebells overhead. Once the athlete has both kettlebells locked-out overhead, the 2nd athlete may start biking. Once all 15 calories are accumulated, an athlete may start the handstand walk / around-the-worlds. No reps may be completed unless the two kettlebells are locked-out overhead. Athletes may switch out at any time.

Score is total reps completed plus total calories rowed.
Two athletes will start standing under the bar with one athlete on the rower. The athlete on the rower will begin to row and the two athletes will begin their toes-to-bar or knee raises. Score is total calories and synchro toes-to-bar. Athletes may switch at any time.
