THIS IS THE FIRST WYVERN GAMES EVENT WHICH WILL INVOLVE 4 WODS OVER THE DAY, FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENTS USING BARBELLS AND GYMNASTICS WITH OPTIONS TO SCALE.

Workouts
For Time:
40 Burpee box overs 48/40”
10 Rope climbs
20 D-ball over box 48/40”
10M Handstand walk
40 Syncro DB snatch (2work)
40 Handstand push ups
10 Rope climbs
Time must be brought for this workout.
For teams to progress through the workout they must first buy time via a 15/12 cal assault bike sprint.
After completing the 15/12cal teams will be awarded 60s to work through as much of the workout as they can.
When the 60s is up teams must stop and buy another 60s work via the assault bike sprint again.
WOD 1 Part A:
In a 12minute window.
2 Athletes establish a max complex for Snatch + Hang Snatch.
2 different Athletes establish a max complex for Clean + Hang Clean.
Score will be the total combined weight lifted together.
All team members may assist loading of the bar.
Workout 1B:
At the same time as workout 1A workout 1B will start.
Athletes will have 12minutes to establish a maxamum distance in meters on the rower.
There is no minimum work requirement for athletes, athletes can swap at anytime.

30 SYNCRO BURPEES OVER WORM (4 work)
30 SYNCRO PULL UPS (2 work)
20 WORM THRUSTERS (4 work)

15 WORM GROUND TO OVERHEAD (4 work)

Time cap 13 mins in any remaining time
Part B
AMRAP BAR MUSCLE UPS (NOT SYNCRO & scored separately)
If workout 2A is compleated within the 13min time cap you may mover onto max repetitions of bar muscle ups in the remaining time.
This is not a syncro movement and there is no minimum requirement for athletes.

Ascending AMRAP 3,3,3,3.... 6,6,6,6.... 9,9,9,9..... Etc. of:
Syncro box jumps (2 work)
Syncro wall balls (2 work)
Syncro Clean (2 work)
Syncro STHO (2 Work)
Bar RX - 50/35 SCALED - 40/25
2 athletes always running in a 400m Sandbag run relay.
Sandbag load: 40/25kg
Two athletes will start on the workout on the floor two athletes will set off on the 400m sandbag run whilst the 2 athletes stay to work through the ascending syncro AMRAP (2work 2run)
When the 400m run has finished all athletes must stop working through the amrap until they tag in their teammates. Sandbags to remain outside.
