About This Competition

Sparta Station Athletics will be hosting their 3rd annual Spartan Games on July 31st at Beach 1, Lake Mohawk, Sparta, NJ. Teams of 2 (M/M, F/F) will participate in 3 guaranteed workouts, one floater, and a final for top 3 teams. Rx and Scaled Division! CASH PRIZES for Rx Winners and Prize packages for Scaled winners! Workouts will be announced April 2nd! Save the date!

6 min AMRAP Ascending Ladder 2.4.6.8.10... RX/Masters: CTB Scaled: Jumping Pull ups (6 inch reach) Dumbbell Snatches RX: 70/50# Masters: 60/40# Scaled: 55/35# Score=Total Reps

10 min EMOM or until failure 8 Hang Power cleans 12 Wall Balls RX: PC 135/95 165/115 185/135 WB 20/14# to 10ft target Masters: PC 115/75 135/95 165/115 WB 20/14# to 10ft target Scaled: PC 95/65 115/75 135/95 WB 20/10# to 10ft target 4 rounds at first weight, 4 rounds at second weight. 2 rounds at final weight. Athlete responsible for weight change. Score= Last successful round+ tiebreaker is time completed
