A FUN COMP FOR ATHLETES OF ALL LEVELS
Comp Date : 3rd September, 2022
Categories, are based on your honest CrossFit ability:
Rookies - Beginners CrossFit Ability
Minors - Intermediate CrossFit Ability
Majors - Advance CrossFit Ability
There are limited spaces in each category, so please register to guarantee your spot in the competition. Please be honest with yourself and your fellow competitors, if you think you should be in a higher or lower grade then please register yourself there.
We program this comp to stick to basic CrossFit movements, there will be nothing crazy or expert level. IE No Muscle Ups or no Pistols in Rookies grade etc.
The day is purely about providing a supportive, positive and a fully encouraging environment for people to compete outside of their own gym.
WORKOUTS RELEASED: WoDs will be released one week prior to the event, so you can have a practice with them and feel more comfortable on the day.
REFUNDS: All sales are final (no refunds), but you can transfer your ticket to another athlete or event if you are unable to compete for any unexpected reason.
COVID: In the event of any COVID closures or restrictions, the date will be moved. If you are unable to make the new date a voucher for the next competition will be offered. No refunds will be given.
