About This Competition

Welcome to Power Output Challenge, the annual competition in San Antonio brought to you by Elite CrossFit. This year's event will take place on September 12, 2020 at Wheatley Heights Sports Complex in San Antonio, Texas. Our goal is to bring the best athletes to San Antonio to not only demonstrate their talents, but to challenge and prepare them for the upcoming Open Season. We are proud to be a part of the this great community and hope to make this a fun, safe and entertaining event for years to come!

COMPETITOR FEE BEFORE 8/11/21: TEAMS $400
COMPETITOR FEE ON 8/11/21: TEAMS $440

SPECTATOR TICKETS: $15 online or $20 at the door.

PARKING: FREE

Kids 12 and younger are free!

NO REFUNDS. NO TRANSFERS. NO EXCEPTIONS

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you register and you are not able to compete, you will NOT be allowed to have someone take your spot. You will forfeit your registration fee and your spot. The next person on the waiting list will fill your spot.

Scoring will be online via Conquest. You may also download the Conquest app for IOS or Android.

For Time: 12 Minute CAP

30 Dumbbell Snatches

30 feet Handstand Walk

30 Box Jump Over (Scaled/Masters 50+/Teen: step ups allowed)

30 feet Handstand Walk

30 Medicine Ball To Shoulder 

30 feet Handstand Walk 

30 Pistols (Scaled/Masters 50+/Teen: 55/35 KB Reverse lunges)

After one set of pistols, return back through the chipper, finishing with Dumbbell Snatches

Male: RX/Masters 35-39: 70, Intermediate/Masters 40-49: 50, Scaled/Masters 50+/Teen: 35

Handstand Walking
No minimum distance requirements for any division. All divisions will perform handstand walking.
