CFL Summer Sanctional
About This Competition
Truly a high-class organization, CrossFit Lehi will be hosting The CFL Summer Sanctional.
All athletes are invited to register!!
The event will be hosted at the CrossFit Lehi box in Lehi, UT.
This will be an individual competition with the following divisions:
Teen Male
Teen Female
Male 18-34
Female 18-34
Masters Male 35+
Master Female 35+
*Masters divisions will be doing the same workouts as the Rx athletes but will be competing with athletes in their age group.
Programming will be released as we get closer to the competition.
This is a Fittest League Sanctioned Event and part of 2021 Fittest League Individual Season.
Athletes will be awarded points towards qualifying for the Fittest In Utah - State Championship.

** A Leg Raise is what happens when a toes-to-bar and a knee raise have a baby together=) The standard is that the FEET have to raise higher than the hip crease in the front and swing behind the the bar at the bottom. So you're legs are straighter, like a toes-to-bar, but you only have to lift them about half way up, instead of all the way to the bar. It's slightly harder than a knee raise because it forces the athlete to find that kipping rhythm of a toes-to-bar, but significatly easier than a toes-to-bar in that it doesn't require the same amount of core strength and mobility.
