About This Competition
ALL WORKOUTS MUST BE FILMED, IF YOU ARE IN THE TOP 10 WITH NO CLEAR VIDEO FOLLOWING CROSSFIT STANDARDS YOUR SCORE WILL BE MARKED AS A ZERO.
An online compeition for all abilities to compete within their age group.
Register at the age that your at the time of 12th September.
Ages starting at 35 to 65+ with;
Scaled, Intermediate and Rx divisions.
There is an option for everyone.
Workout movements are pre released with the scores starting to be logged on the 12th September, with standards and flow released on this date.
Programming is a joint effort with the team from North Brother CrossFit and Spectrum Strength Trainning.

DATES ARE:
OPENS (online, FILMED)- 12th September to 15th September 2024
GAMES (in person)- 16th November (workouts released on the day)
