About This Competition
ATHLETE CHECK INS ARE FROM 7:30AM - 8:00AM, FIRST HEAT OF THE DAY STARTS AT 8:30AM!
Hosted by Feast Fitness, Rumble On Ravenswood is an opportunity for local athletes to come together and showcase their skills and fitness levels in a friendly and supportive environment.
Teams will consist of 3 athletes of the same gender.
This team competition has four divisions;
-RX Male
-RX Female
-Scaled Male
-Scaled Female.
Official schedule and workouts will be released closer to the competition date.
There will be 3 WODs plus a final WOD for the top 4 teams in each division to compete in.
Registration will include an event t-shirt.
RX Athlete Requirements:
-C2B, T2B
-HSPU
-Wall walk
-Double Unders
-Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
-DB Movements (70/50#)
-Wallballs (30/20#)
-Snatch / OHS (135/95#)
-Power Clean + Jerk (185/125#)
**Final WOD may include any movement from quarterfinals movement list
Scaled Athlete Requirements:
-Pull-ups / Ab Mat Sit-ups
-Scaled Wall Walk
-Hand Release Push-Ups
-Single Unders
-DB Movements (50/35#)
-Wallballs (20/14#)
-Snatch / OHS (75/55#)
-Power Clean + Jerk (115/75#)
