About This Competition
Okie Flow Fitness presents our first annual CrossFit competition on November 13th! This will help us raise money so we can provide a larger competition next year!
Divisions: RX-ish and Scaled (MM or FF)
Where: Okie Flow Fitness Tahlequah
Cost: $200 per team
Last Day to register (you both get a T-Shirt): October 29th
Last Day to register (no shirts): November 5th
Refund Policy: We will not offer refunds unless we are forced to shudown or postpone the competition. We will allow substitutions up until competition day. If you're unable to find someone to fill in, contact us and we'll try to find someone for you
