THE ITALIAN SHOWDOWN IS ONE OF THE LARGEST FITNESS COMPETITIONS IN EUROPE WITH UP TO 1.500 PEOPLE OF ALL AGES AND ABILITY LEVELS ON THE SAME GAME FLOOR. 


Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, the 2020 edition exceptionally takes place on line with a Qualification Phase from July 17 to 31, followed by a Final Phase from September 25 to 27. The live event will return in 2021.

- 750/1.000m Row (tie-break time)

Then, 21-15-9 reps of:

- Thruster, 25/40Kg

- Pull-up


Time Cap: there is no time limit, the workout must be finished.

Score: total time elapsed to finish the entire workout.

Tie-break: time elapsed to complete the prescribed distance on the Rower.

CrossFit Total

For max total load:

- 1RM Back Squat

- 1RM Shoulder Press

- 1RM Deadlift


Time Cap: total available time is 12 minutes, split in three 4-minute windows to perform each lift; it’s possible to perform up to 3 attempts within each window.

Score: sum of the loads (Kg) of the heaviest valid lift in each station.

Tiebreak: there is no tiebreak in this workout.
