About This Competition
The search for the fittest couple continues! Join us for our second annual CoEd partner competition. 3 workouts testing your strength, speed, skills, endurance, and engine. This year we will have a floater WOD which will be announced closer to the event. There will be no final WOD. Cash prizes for first place teams.

3 Wods and a floater WOD. No final.

WOD 1 - 10 MINUTE CAP
42-30-18
Thrusters
Pullups
... into a 1RM squat clean for both partners using only 1 bar.
Weight cannot be brought down if you miss.
Can only start cleans when both of you are done with the metcon. If you don’t have enough time to get to the cleans, you will take a 0 for that portion.
The 42-30-18 can be split up as needed between the partners with only 1 partner working at a time.
RX: 95/65 and pullups
SCALED: 75/55 and KB Sumo Deadlift High Pulls 50/35
SCORE: total time for the metcon and the total amount of pounds lifted with the max male clean and max female clean.
WOD 2 - 9 MINUTE CAP
50 calorie row
... into 6 alternating rounds (3 rounds each)
9 deadlifts
6 hang power cleans
3 shoulders to overhead
RX: 185/115
SCALED: 105/75
SCORE: time to complete the 50 calorie row and the time to complete the metcon with missed reps counting as seconds added to your time.

* If barbell is dropped from any hold position, partner must stop working until barbell is picked up again.
