Requirements Rx:

  • Barbell Movements unto 52.5/35kg
  • Kipping Pull Ups, Kipping HSPU, TTB, BAr MU (at least 2 team members)
  • Machines, KB's & DBs uptown 24/16kg
  • Box Jumps, DU's, Running


Requirements Everyday Teams:

  • Dumbells upto 20/12.5kg
  • Kettlebells uptown 20/16kg
  • Echo, Row, ski, Bike Erg
  • Running, carries, boxes, Dballs
