- Barbell Movements unto 52.5/35kg
- Kipping Pull Ups, Kipping HSPU, TTB, BAr MU (at least 2 team members)
- Machines, KB's & DBs uptown 24/16kg
- Box Jumps, DU's, Running
Requirements Everyday Teams:
- Dumbells upto 20/12.5kg
- Kettlebells uptown 20/16kg
- Echo, Row, ski, Bike Erg
- Running, carries, boxes, Dballs
