About This Competition
Welcome to the IN2 classic. This individual competition is bringing back the hype of classic crossfit competitions. With 3 categories to get everyone involved, 4 workouts and lots of fun, we promise to deliver an unreal competition experience. This comp is perfect for those who are keen to get their first ever Crossfit comp under their belt or from the more experienced athletes keen to test their limits.

Workouts
Workout 1 Part A
Max Front squat
Every 2:00 x 3
Athletes will have 3 attempts (1 every 2 minutes) for a max weight front squat.
Only 1 attempt is allowed in the 2 minute window.
If the athlete fails their attempt they are not allowed to retry within that 2 minute window.
This will be followed by a 2:00 rest
During this time athletes will need to unload their bars.
Workout 1 Part B
Max reps TTB In a 2:00 window
RX, Masters - TTB
Scaled - Kipping Knee raises
Workout 1 Part A
Max Front squat
Every 2:00 x 3
Athletes will have 3 attempts (1 every 2 minutes) for a max weight front squat.
