About This Competition
A fun and accessible competition with no gender labels.
Grab a partner (anyone!) and come and jump into some fun workouts!
The aim of this competition is to raise money for the Out Foundation, a charity whose mission is to remove the barriers that block LGBTQ+ individuals' access and participation in fitness, health and wellness which is why there are no gender labels.Sign up to the category which is a best fit for both people and come and throw down on our open leaderboard.
Gymnastics skills will be point-weighted on the day with options for everyone.
The aim of the day is to have fun and it isn't fun if somebody with a greater skill/fitness level signs up to the category below, that isn't very fun. We see you. Don't be that person ;)
Once a team ticket is purchased there will be no refunds.
Plenty of parking on-site.
There will be snacks and drinks available to buy but please do bring your own meals if you need them!

Workouts
In a 2 minute window, 1 partner must complete:
8 box jump over
16 dumbbell snatch
In remaining time:
Accumulate max points with muscle ups, pull ups or ring rows.
Muscle up = 5 points
Pull up = 3 points
Ring Row = 1 point
Once you have started your movement, you must stick with that movement for the rest of the window.
Each window and each partner resets meaning you can choose a new skill.
In a 5 minute window, complete the heaviest complex. Highest score from each partner will be taken:
Divisions A + B:
Partner A completes:
Clean, Hang Clean, Jerk (power or squat, push or split allowed)
Partner B completes:
Snatch
Hang Snatch (power or squat allowed)
Division C: Any 2 Ground-to-Overhead (Hands must stay on the bar until the second overhead is complete)
10 minutes to complete:
50 calorie row
40 synchro burpees
30 synchro alternating V-ups
20 synchro deadlift
10 sandbag over the box
CORNHOLE!
As a team, get the most beanbags in the hole. One point per beanbag.
