Clean Complex Ladder
:40 sec to complete

On the final bar complete as many Front Squats as possible for tie Breaker
If the athlete fails to complete the Complex their score will be the last successful lift and the tie breaker; if completed.
In a 5 minute window, the athlete will move the barbell from Ground to Overhead in any manner at the weight chosen by the athlete.
The score will be the total weight moved in the 5 minute period.
For example: If the athlete chooses 135 lbs and performs 50 repetitions of the Ground to Overhead movement the score (50x135) would be 6750 lbs.

Athletes will have 2 minutes to complete as many calories as possible on the Ski Erg.
Athletes will have from 8am - 2pm to complete this wod.
Failure to due so will result in NO SCORE.
