About This Competition
The 2025 Winter Summit Games, scheduled to be held on January 11, 2025, is a bi-annual CrossFit competition that brings together over 100 athletes, volunteers, and fitness enthusiasts from the region. This event celebrates the spirit of competition, camaraderie, and the pursuit of excellence in the realm of functional fitness. This event attracts a diverse and engaged audience, including athletes and spectators from all walks of life.

Movement Standards
Power Cleans: Full clean with elbows coming in front of the bar, no resting on the thighs.
Front Squats: Full squat with the hip crease below the knee at the bottom.
Split Jerk: Full lockout with feet landing in a split position, bar over the head.
Shoulder to Overhead (Scaled): Any overhead press movement to lockout.
