About This Competition
***THE HOLIDAY HANGOVER THROWDOWN 2020 hosted by Havasu CrossFit***
On January, 25th 2020 HXF will be hosting our 6th annual Holiday Hangover Throwdown. A fun, functional fitness competition that will give you a good reason to stay on track this holiday season.
Teams will consist of 2 males or 2 females (No mixed/co-ed teams). There will be Rx, Scaled and Masters (40+) and (50+) divisions.
Cash prizes and trophies will be awarded to the top 3 teams in the Rx division. Trophies and other prizes will be awarded to the top 3 teams in the Scaled and Masters divisions. Registration includes a shirt/tank for each team member. You will not receive a shirt/tank if your team registers after January 6th.
True fitness is about being balanced and prepared for the unknown. In true CrossFit fashion we will not be releasing the workouts until the day of the event. Show up ready for anything. You will need a well rounded team that can excel in all facets of fitness and strategy. Each team will complete three WODs with the top four teams in each division moving on to the final WOD. **See standards below** Registration closes January 12th. Earlybird registration closes at midnight December 1st.
Experienced Judges Are Also Needed (preferably CFL-1 and/or CrossFit judges cert) *** Judges will receive a free t-shirt/tank and a free lunch the day of the event. If interested in judging Please contact Brian @ 928-412-1401.
