About This Competition
🏋️♂️☀️Unser alljährliches Highlight steht an, der Summer Bash 2025! ☀️🎉
Ein Sommerfest getarnt als Team-Wettkampf… Oder ist es in Wahrheit doch anders herum? Schon 2014 entstand die Idee, euch einmal im Jahr einen ganz besonderen Tag zu bieten.
Entstanden ist der Summer Bash, ein 4er-Team-Event für alle - egal ob du erst 10 oder schon über 1000 WODs absolviert hast.
Einen ganzen Tag wollen wir unsere Fitness und Community feiern und stellen zusammen mit euch einen professionellen Wettkampf auf die Beine:
- Spannende Workouts für jedes Fitness-Level,
- extra Wettkampf- und Volunteer-Shirts,
- leckeres Catering zur Mittagspause,
- Inga als Anheizerin/Moderatorin…
und Vieles mehr sorgen für einen kurzweiligen Tag, der außer durch etwas Muskelkater vor allem durch viele schöne gemeinsame Erinnerungen im Gedächtnis bleibt.
Du fühlst dich aber (noch) nicht wie ein*e geborene*r Wettkämpfer*in?
Das musst du für unseren Team-Wettkampf auch nicht. Schnappt euch einfach drei Trainings-Buddies, meldet euch an und feiert uns und euch so, wie wir es am besten können: Mit CrossFit in unterstützender Umgebung, um eure Fitness zu verbessern oder einfach nur um Spaß zu haben.
Teams sollten der Fairness halber aus 2 Männern und 2 Frauen bestehen.
Den Abend werden wir gemütlich Ausklingen lassen bei BBQ + Drinks!
Egal ob als Athlet*innen, Helfer*innen oder einfach nur zum Zuschauen und Anfeuern - lasst uns zusammen das Werk (und die Krew) feiern!
Das gesamte CrossFit Werk Team freut sich auf einen tollen Tag mit euch!

🏋️♂️☀️Our annual highlight is coming up: Summer Bash 2025! ☀️🎉
A summer party disguised as a team competition... Or is it actually the other way around? Back in 2014, we came up with the idea of offering you a very special day once a year.
The result is Summer Bash, a 4-person team event for everyone – regardless of whether you've completed 10 or over 1,000 WODs.
We want to spend a whole day celebrating our fitness and community and are organising with you a pretty professional competition:
- Exciting workouts for every fitness level,
- special competition and volunteer shirts,
- delicious catering for lunch,
- Inga as cheerleader/host...
and much more will ensure an entertaining day that will be remembered not only for a few sore muscles, but above all for many wonderful shared memories.
But you don't (yet) feel like a born competitor?
You don't have to be for our team competition, at all. Just grab three training buddies, sign up and celebrate us and yourselves the way we do best: with CrossFit in a supportive environment to improve your fitness or just to have fun.
For fairness, teams should consist of 2 men and 2 women.
We'll end the evening with a BBQ + drinks (bring your own)!
Whether you're an athlete, a helper or just there to watch and cheer, let's celebrate the Werk (and the krew) together!

For Time:
Buy-In: 1600m Run as a team w/3 Medballs @3,6,9kg
(Tie Break)
Into X Wall Ball Shots Relay:
w/ 3kg team performs X = 250 Reps
w/ 6kg team performs X = 200 Reps
w/ 9kg team performs X = 150 Reps
Rotate through the athletes (A-B-C-D-A...) after each Wall Ball Shot
Every time the Wallball touches the ground, each team member has to perform 4 Burpees to plate (Rule to finish 1 Burpee: one foot of each team member has to touch the same 10kg plate synchronized!)
If the team decides to switch the Med Ball, they need to start again from 0.
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
For Time:
2 Pairs (mm/ff or mf/mf)
- 1 athlete: Sandbag Bear Hug Hold, 1 rests, while:
- 2 athletes synchro (synchro work may only be completed while the SB is held in a Bear Hug):
- 12 Lunges/12 Goblet Lunges/12 Double DB FR Lunges/12 Double DB OH Lunges
into
- 2 Sandbag over Box, each, 1 after the other (Team partners can step in for each other, but number of SoB remains at 8 total)
into
- 1 athlete : Box Pike Hold on DB, 1 rests, while: - 2 athletes synchro (synchro work may only be completed while the Pike is held)
- 12 Plate Deadlifts/12 Plate Front Squats/12 Plate G2OH/12 Plate Strict Press
