Workouts
Workout Details: 3 x 3min NO REST – 2min max cal on Ski – 1min max wall balls (each athlete must perform atleast 1 cal and 1 wall ball a round)
MM Elite – Wall Balls 9kg
FF Elite – Wall Balls 6kg
MF Elite – 9kg and 6kg
FF Open – 4kg
MF Open - 6kg and 4kg

For Time:
120 Reverse Lunges (20 in each box) **Athletes must compete at least 2 lunges in each box each minimum)
100m Farmers carry each – 1 at a time – up and back x 5 times
120 Reverse lunges back to starting line- time
