About This Competition
***NEW FORMAT ALERT***
This year you will NOT be required to decide if you are signing up for the beginner or advanced division of FTO.
There will be one division during sign-ups for males and one for females. After the first 2 events you will be split into beginner and advanced based on your placing.
First Timer’s Open is on August 24th, 2024 and is open to anyone who has NEVER competed in a CrossFit competition before.

The workout starts with a blind row then goes immediately into a 3 round couplet of WBS and Toes Through Rings.
Each division will do 25 reps of WBS, but the toes through rings reps are different for each division.
