About This Competition

THE DUX DUO - IN HOUSE COMPETITION, SAME SEX PAIRS

On the 13th November 2021 we will be hosting an in-house competition for members of Dux only!

All registration & proceeds will be going straight back into the club, to rewards our members… YOU!

This will be a twilight event starting at 3pm and finish around 8pm with a BBQ & BEER style relaxed environment.

This same sex pairs will allow us to have a “battle of the sexes” with one leaderboard and winner. We will cater to EVERYONE, heavily scaled, intermediate and advanced.

We will have three divions. The below movements and weights are a guide only.

BEGINNERS

Front squat, 30/20
Ring rows
Hanging knee raises
Step ups 
Ground-to-overhead, 30/20
DB Snatch 10/7

INTERMEDIATE

Power snatch, 30/20
Overhead squat, 30/20
Push-ups
Box Jump
Chin over bar pull-ups
Ground to overhead 40/30
Dumbbell Snatch 15/10

ADVANCED

Power snatch, 40/30
Overhead Squat, 40/30
Handstand walking (not a deal breaker)
CTB Pull-ups & Toes-to-bar
Dumbbell Snatch 22.5/15
