The Dynamic Duel
About This Competition
The Dynamic Duel is a same sex partner competition. There will be 3 divisions:
- Advanced
- Intermediate
- Masters (40+)
Every team will participate in 3 workouts, two main workouts and a floater WOD. All workouts will be released in advance of the event.
This year's Duel will be held at Precision , and we are excited to have such a great venue for our competition. There will be plenty of on-site parking and ample space for athletes to set up tents.
Check-in will be from 6:30-7:30am, the athlete briefing will be at 7:30am, and Heat 1 of WOD 1 will begin at 8:00am sharp.
No refunds will be issued.
