About This Competition

Fourth annual summer competition, hosted by CrossFit Green Bay at our brand new facility!
Coed teams of two - Rx, Intermediate, Scaled and Masters (total combined age 70+)
Cash payouts for top finishers in each division!

Workouts will be released based on registration participants, and as we get closer to the event.

Workouts

6 Rounds for time (3 Per athlete):


25 GHD Situps (Sc=GHD to 30” box [or full ROM if desired])
15 Pullups (Sc=5 Pullups OR 15 Ring Rows)
5 Thrusters 135/95lbs (Int/M=115/85, Sc=95/65lbs)
1 Rope Climb (Sc=3 Rope Pulls [or 1 rope climb if desired])


Time Cap: 12 min
-Either athlete can start, and athletes alternate each full round
-Athletes complete full round, then tag out partner after rope climb

3 min to Establish 1RM Complex:


1 Power Clean+1 Front Squat+1 Hang Clean+1 Front Squat

 

-Hang Clean can be caught power or squat
-Each athlete gets 3 minutes, and only one athlete can lift during that 3 minutes
-Ladies first
-Score is combined complex weights for both athletes

For Time:
4 Synchro Ground to Overhead Any Style
50 Toes to Bar (Sc=Feet to 90 Degrees)
7 Synchro Ground to Overhead Any Style
50 Box Jump Overs 24” (Sc=Can Step, if desired)
10 Synchro Ground to Overhead Any Style*
50 Cal Echo Bike


Time Cap: 13 min *Tiebreak taken after 10 G2OH
-Barbell loaded to 155/105lbs (Int/M=135/95lbs, Sc=115/75lbs)
-Synchro rep is counted when both athletes reach lockout
-Non synchro movements are one athlete works, one rests, switch with hand touch

AMRAP 15:

10 Deadlifts 225/155lbs (Int/M=205/145lbs, Sc=185/125lbs)
15 Handstand Pushups (Int/M=2” mat under head, Sc=Seated DB Strict Presses 30/20lbs)
20 Wallballs 25/16lbs (Int/M=20/14lbs, Sc=16/10lbs)

-One athlete works, one athlete accumulates max row meters
-Upon switching AMRAP/Row athletes, they must complete 3 Synchro Bar Muscle Ups before continuing work (Int/M=Synchro Burpee Chest to Bar Pullups, Sc=Synchro Burpees Over Bar
-Two score event: AMRAP Score and Total Meters Rowed
