One partner works at a time
Push 30 ft down → Pull 30 ft back = 60 ft per round
Partition however you'd like
Score = Total feet moved, counted in 10-ft increments (10 ft = 1 point)
Goal: Cover the most ground without losing your soul

These are not for the faint of quads.

Male RX Team: 275 lb sled
Female RX Team: 225 lb sled

Scaled Division

For mortals who still want a leg day to remember.

Male Scaled Team: 205 lb sled
Female Scaled Team: 155 lb sled
Co-Ed Scaled Team: 205 lb sled

Flow & Standards:

Sled must be fully pushed 30 ft forward, then pulled 30 ft backward.
Use a rope for the pull.
Partners can switch at any time—tag in and out hustle-style.
Distance is counted only when the entire sled crosses each 10-ft mark.
Judges count feet in 10-ft increments—every 10 ft = 1 point.
