About This Competition
FCCF present's the 3rd annual First Coast Classic!
Teams of 2 (MM/FF) with RX and Scaled divisions. There will be podium prizes for both divisions.
You may have a teammate from a different gym, but at least one team member must be a member of FCCF.
There will be 3 workouts and a floater. Details and division standards to be released soon!

Workouts

P1 establish a 1RM Clean
P2 establish a 1RM Deadlift
Partners share a barbell and may work in however they like, BUT, the weight on the barbell cannot go down. You can only add weight, not take it off, so be smart with your jumps!
(You can take off plates to swap them out for heavier plates, that’s fine, but the weight always has to go up.)

*Partners may split the MU and OHS however they like, but the Synchro burpees must be completed together, both partners chest and thighs must be on the ground at the same time before you can get up.
