WODs of Thunder 2022
About This Competition
This years WODs of Thunder will be a partner competition, 1 male and 1 female, taking place April 30th at CrossFit Endemic in Fountain, CO!
With workouts designed to expose an Athletes true level of fitness, expect a day of fun and friendly competition in Southern Colorado. With our leading Sponsor My Wicked Dude expect some cool swag and a great time for all, so grab the fittest dude/chick you know and get signed up today!

Refund Policy: No refunds on WODs of Thunder Registration fees. If you or your partner are unable to attend the event, registration may be transferred to another Athlete or team.

We want to ensure a challenging and inclusive competition at WODs of Thunder this year. That’s why ANY movement/weight can be scaled. Scored much like the CrossFit Open a scaled score on any event will not disqualify you, but the score in that event will be lower than any other RX’d scores.

30 Box Jump Overs Remaining time max echo bike calories
Men: 30" box Women: 24" box
Partner B, 3 minute clock:
10 Sandbag Over the Shoulder Remaining time max echo bike calories
Men: 150lb. sandbag Women: 100lb. sandbag
Score for the floater workout is total reps + calories between the partners.

Top 8 teams to compete in the final workout. One athlete will work at a time except for on the handstand push-ups where all reps must be synchronized. For the handstand push-ups, Athlete's elbows must be at full lockout and feet closer than shoulder width apart with heels on the wall for each repetition to count.
Athletes will be responsible for loading their barbells themselves when transitioning from front squats to deadlifts.
8 Minute AMRAP:
