Now we are hosting both devisions on Sunday 14th June

Everyday Division

Intermediate Division

 

Get ready to throw down at CFMY Chelmsford this June!

Grab your training partner and take on the ultimate test of teamwork, grit, and fitness. The CFMY Same-Sex Pairs Competition is designed for athletes of all levels—whether you're stepping onto the competition floor for the first time or ready to push your limits in a more advanced division.

This isn’t just about the leaderboard…
It’s about the atmosphere, the adrenaline, and the shared moments that make competition unforgettable.

Expect high energy, loud cheers, and workouts that will challenge your engine, strength, and communication as a pair.

Perfect for athletes newer to competition or looking for a fun, accessible challenge.

Movement Standards:

Barbell Cycling – 35/25 kg
Single Dumbbell – 15/10 kg
Wall Balls – 6/4 kg
Sit-Ups
Box Step-Ups / Step-Overs

 

⚡ Intermediate / Advanced Division
For those ready to raise the bar and test higher-level skills.

Movement Standards:

Barbell Cycling – 50/35 kg
Dumbbell – 22.5/15 kg
Wall Balls – 9/6 kg
Pull-Ups 
Toes-to-Bar 
Box Jumps / Box Jump Overs
