Workouts

Each Partner has their own barbell, and must be locked out above the head together.
With time remaining after Part A each partner (with one barbell) for total combined pounds complete:
1 Full Squat Clean + 1 Hang Squat Clean + 1 Shoulder to Overhead
(Any press or jerk is acceptable)
Only one partner works at a time.
Intermediate: 1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Power Clean +1 Shoulder to Overhead
Score is COMBINED weight lifted successfully. Partners can help each other load the bar.

Death by EMOM:
Split up however (i.e. you do NOT have to alternate each minute). The DL partner does not start the DL’s until the bike partner finishes required cals.
Men 14 cal bike— 14 deadlifts
15 cal bike—15 deadlifts
16 cal bike—16 deadlifts
Etc…
Women 10 cal bike—10 DL
11 cal bike—11 DL
12 cal bike— 12 DL
Etc…
Adding 1 cal and 1 Deadlift each round/minute on the minute until teams can no longer complete both movements in a 1 minute window.
