My Bloody Valentine VI
About This Competition
Can you feel it?! All the love in the air?? That love will be tested come this February when we host the 6th annual My Bloody Valentine competition!
As always, this event kicks off the competition season as we CrossFitters emerge from a few months of hibernation ready to crush it....or be crushed;) Either way, it gives us something to latch onto after our months of caloric overload during the holidays and start working on those macros again.
The team of 6 format (3 guys/3 girls) will he returning as usual along with the cannonball format. We will once again provide you and your squad with specific tests that will find the absolute best team. We focus on teamwork, communication, and all around fitness as a whole to ensure the best teams will rise to the top!
We will also have our event shirts made by our friends at 7Five Clothing and will be bringing back the 3/4 sleeve shirts once again for all of you!!
This event sells out quickly each year so make sure you have your squad lined up and ready for when registration launches as we limit the spots available to ensure a smooth running and GREAT event! We have SOLD OUT every year for the last 5 years and it’s all thanks to you! We pride ourselves on the quality we offer you on competition day to give you the absolute best experience possible!!

**We are only opening 10 team slots for each division (Scaled and Rx).
Details:
-Team size: Team of 6 athletes (3 guys/3 girls)
-Cost: 390$/team
-Only 10 slots per division
-Scaled Heat #1 will start around 8:00am
-Rx Heat #1 will start around 1:00pm
-WODs and FULL standard videos/walk through will be released two weeks before the event.

****We reserve the right to add movements to this list, but they would fall under the weight limits shown. We will not add a Major Skill to the list (ie Muscle-Ups) We may use everything on this list or some of it.
****The Scaled is meant for SCALED athletes. Don't be that team that should have went Rx and Sandbagged the scaled division please****
***The Tie-Breaker WOD has been predetermined. If we have teams that are tied, the tie breakers will go into action. These tie breakers will be told to the team captains during the athlete briefing so you all know them ahead of time.
