About This Competition

This is an individual competition with Rx and Scaled Divisions for both Male and Female. This is NOT an Elite Athlete competition. Am I Rx or am I Scaled? If you can do all, to almost all of the workouts in your gym Rx you are an Rx Athlete for this event. The scaled event is designed for people who have to scale most workouts in the gym because they cannot do (double unders, toes to bar, pull ups, handstand push ups, and maybe the weight gets you a little bit).


So ask yourself...do I butterfly my chest to bar (even if you don't butterfly them can you do them for multiple reps)? Can I string toes to bar together? Can I do handstand push ups? Can I clean 185/125# or more for multiple reps? Do I maybe suck at double unders but I can still do them...then you are an Rx athlete.


For the integrity of the event, we ask that if you answered yes to the above questions you do not go scaled. Challenge yourself, push yourself and let the true scaled Athletes do the same. If you have any questions about which division to choose, we'd love to discuss it with you. We are hoping this will ensure the best event possible.

50 Foot Dbl DB Front Rack Lunge

*Score is time or or total reps (215 reps per round).

5 min AMRAP:

Buy in: 50 foot Sandbag Clean and over the shoulder heave 

Then race around the rig to your waiting barbell 

for as many cleans as possible with remaining time
