About This Competition

Element is proud to present Bros and Does IV - Male & Female team pairs competition. 

Athletes will compete in fun challenging events over the day, suitable for a broad range of ability levels. 

Choosing Your Partner: You and your partner don't need to have the same strengths, you might actually find that partnering with someone who's strengths are different than yours will prove to be advantageous as the workouts will be designed to allow you to both work to your strengths.

NOTE: There may be other movements included in the workouts the list below is not meant to be an exhaustive list and is meant to be more of a guideline.

Scaled: 35lb Dumbbells, 20" Box | W - 20lb Dumbbells, 20" Box
Intermediate (RX): 50lb Dumbbells, 20" Box | W - 35lb Dumbbells, 20" Box
Pro: M - 50lb Dumbbells, 24" Box | W - 35lb Dumbbells, 24" Box

As many reps as possible in 6 minutes of:

33 Double Unders
13 Synchro Overhead Squats
33 Double Unders
13 Synchro Hang Cleans
