About This Competition
Our goal is to provide a very fun, challenging, quality Masters Multi Division Local Comp with a tight Schedule, each division done is 4-5 hours max, Quality judging. We have a strong 4 year track record of doing this. We've also had the honor and pleasure of learning from our friends who put on other local comps, both as volunteers and competing.
We have a strict NO Refund, policy, Subs may be made all the way til the day of the comp so long as the age requirements match up.
Work outs Have been released, tested and Masters Athlete approved!

Workouts
4 min EMOM (1 partner works and 1 rests, score is total reps)
Min1 Max Single Arm Hang Dumbbell Clusters 50/35 (35/20 scaled)
Min2 Max Pull ups (scaled does Ring Rows)
Min3 Max Single Arm Hang DB Clusters
Min4 Max Pull ups (Scaled info above)
9 min AMRAP
50 Double Unders (Scaled may do 100 singles or 50 DUs)
40 Toes to Bar (Scaled does hanging knee raises open standards)
30 DB Hang Power Cleans 50s/35s, (35s/20s)
20 Burpees Over DBs
10 Bar Muscle ups (Pull ups, yes scaled divsion, work on em between now and then....goals!)
Complex, All movements must be completed with out putting the barbell down (on the ground) until all prescribed movements are completed as "Good Reps" by the judge.
The Megatron Complex is...1 Clean, 1 Hang Clean, 1 Front Squat, 1 Jerk
-1 Clean (any type of clean, meaning from the ground, hang, power or squat ok)
-1 Hang Clean (any, from any part of hang as long as it does NOT touch the ground, can be squat or power)
-1 Front Squat (seperate from the clean, and starts after the clean is completed)
-1 Jerk/Shoulder to Overhead (this may be done as a jerk or any shoulder to Overhead or even as a thruster following your front squat)
Score is total combined Weight, tie breaker is the Heaviest single lift
Demonstrating a lack of control of weight may be a no rep! or any "Gross" unsafe form that puts any other attendees or yourself at risk may be grounds for a 10lb penalty off your score as determned by the judge/head judge.
