UK Teen Throwdown 2023
About This Competition
The UK Teen Throwdown 2023 by Forge Fitness is back and better than ever! Get ready for a competition that will challenge even the most skilled athletes while welcoming newer ones with open arms. Our workouts are designed to showcase complex moves, with scalable options for gymnastics, so everyone can participate.
This event is perfect for all abilities, and it's known for its fantastic reputation for creating challenging and thrilling workouts. And the best part? We're offering alternative moves without "scaling" to ensure that everyone can take part.
Parents, be sure to purchase your child's ticket based on their age on Saturday, November 11th, when we'll be hosting the competition. And if you're purchasing a ticket, make sure you have an email address registered under the gender of the child you're buying for to view ticket availability.
We have multiple categories, so there's something for everyone. The competition will include:
- Girls Aged 11-13
- Boys Aged 11-13
- Girls Aged 14-15
- Boys Aged 14-15
- Girls Aged 16-18
- Boys Aged 16-18
Our goal is to inspire the younger generation to compete in a safe, friendly, and professional environment. We'll choose weights based on volume by load, allowing each teen to select an appropriate weight for their skill level.
But most importantly, the emphasis is on having fun while pushing your limits. So what are you waiting for? Join us on November 11th for The UK Teen Throwdown 2023 by Forge Fitness, where we guarantee a thrilling and unforgettable experience for all!
