About This Competition
It's time for Three Hammers 1st Annunal In-House Comp. This event is a great way to test all the work we have been putting in over the last few month and it's also a great opportunity to throw down with your gym fam!
Our mission at Three Hammers Training is to celebrate Fitness, Community, and Life and there's no better way than through competition. It gives us a chance to earn the glory of the win and to prove to ourselves and others that hard work pays off.
With 3 divisions to choose from, we've got something for all athletes from RX to Intermediate & our Novice divisions!
